Brief Commentary on Numbers 33

by Matt Carter
I notice Moses's speech to Israel about what it was to do after crossing the Jordan River in Numbers 33. They are commanded to destroy every person, every idol, and every high place. It was not until after the Babylonian captivity, hundreds of years in the future, that Israel began to take this command seriously. Until then, they were often led astray by pagan religion.
