I notice in Psalm 117 a call for all people to praise the LORD. It is filled with praise. This psalm is the fifth of the Egyptian Hallel psalms that were routinely sung during Passover celebrations. This psalm was sung after the Passover meal. Matthew 26:30 says that Jesus sang at Passover, and this is a likely psalm to have been sung.
