In Exodus 19 I notice the order of grace in the first eight verses. The LORD saves. The people should respond with obedience. Through that obedience comes blessing. That order is really important. It is not 'I obey and get saved through blessings.' It is 'I am saved, therefore I obey. Through obedience I realize my blessings.' Hebrews 12 and 1 Peter 2 speak to this order of grace more fully as well.
