I notice and appreciate in Exodus 17 that Aaron and Hur had to hold Moses' hands up in the air and give him a boulder to sit on. Too often the little things like this get ignored in favor of the big battle scenes of life. Yet, every person has a role in God's redemption story. Hur was no less important in this story than Joshua.
