What I notice most in Ephesians 1 is in verses 7-12. Paul tells us that the mysterious redemption plan of God has finally been revealed to us. Throughout the Old Testament, the people of God have trusted in Him to fulfill His promise of salvation. Now we know that Jesus is the Christ, the one who was sacrificed once for all our sins.
