In Genesis 45, I notice that the repentance of Judah in chapter 44 leads to reconciliation. As Judah realized in Genesis 44, God was working against him to expose his sin. What I notice in Genesis 45 is that the purpose of God's working against Judah was to bring about his repentance, which in turn led to this beautiful reconciliation.
