What I notice in Genesis 11 is that the spread out diversity found in chapter 10 is dissolved in chapter 11. Everybody has been gathered together in an imperial project to defy and nullify God. Interestingly, the Babel we find here in chapter 11 is the same place that we find later in the Bible called Babylon.
